Description Each piece is hand-cut, ground smooth and wrapped in copper foil. A lead-free solder is then flowed over the foil and elements are attached. After cleaning, a black patina can be applied. All pieces are waxed and polished by hand. “Black” ear wires are plated brass. 3/8″ x 1″
