Stamped ‘18ct’ and ideal for a finger size M.1/2. * Millegrain is a style of setting derived from the French word mille for a thousand, and from grain as the same meaning in English, it refers to the extremely tiny beaded detail that finishes an edge on a piece of jewellery.
